Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing or considering to purchase my product(s) at https://www.fbastars.com/.

For every purchase made on the site, you will receive an email receipt from Stripe (our payment provider), and a welcome email with access information. Please keep these emails safe. 

I would never want you to be unhappy with your purchase! 
Below I have outlined the refund policy for each product and how to request a refund.

1. Profitable Amazon Product Secrets Customers
You will have 30 days to request a refund from the day you purchased the product. 

2. Profitable Amazon Product Secrets + Evergreen Niches. Product Kickstarter Customers
You will have 30 days to request a refund from the day you purchased the product. These two products can only be purchased together so will be refunded together.

3. Ultimate Amazon Seller Upgrade from Profitable Amazon Product Secrets
You will have 30 days to request a refund from the day you purchased the product. This applies if you have completed less than 30% of the total course content of Profitable Amazon Product Secrets and Ultimate Amazon Seller combined.

4. Ultimate Amazon Seller Customers
You will have 30 days to request a refund from the day you purchased the product. This applies if you have completed less than 30% of the total course content.

5. Supreme Coaching Customers
You can request a refund before our first call or at the end of our first call. This must be requested within the first 30 days from the day you purchased the product.

Process For Refund Requests
Contact me on vik@fbastars.com with your request. If you meet the above conditions, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product does not meet the above criteria, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
